Welcome To GDHS

This site has been created to facilitate communication with parents and students interested in learning about the GDHS International Studies Preparation (ISP) programme and the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme.

Please take a moment to peruse this site. We hope that the information here, along with parent information nights, will help to answer your questions about our ISP and IB programmes.

The ISP programme and the IB programme are well underway at GDHS. Students in our grade 9 and 10 ISP programme are currently receiving special enrichment classes in English, Science, Geography, History, Math, and French. These classes are designed to help student prepare for the challenging, yet rewarding experience of the IB programme.

Please note that the IB programme is open to ALL students entering grade 11 – not just those currently in the ISP programme. The 2008-2009 IB programme has been modified to accommodate arts, business, humanities, and science students.
